Technical Advisory Committee

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is comprised of representatives from the City of Bridgeport, Town of Stratford, Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT), and the Greater Bridgeport Transit Agency (GBTA). The TAC will meet with the Study Team at periodic intervals throughout the study and their professional expertise will provide guidance as the study develops.  Specifically, the TAC’s role includes:

  •  Providing expertise on local and regional issues and priorities 

  • Offering insight on issues affecting the corridors

  • Assessing alternative concept plans and ideas for the corridors

  • Reviewing project material, including the final plan documentation.
